Recent renovations to the Michigan Memorial Phoenix Laboratory at the University of Michigan involved fit-outs and upgrades and to the laboratories and roof-top mechanical equipment. During initial review of the proposed architectural and mechanical designs, Novus highlighted positive features of the designs as well as identified areas that could be potentially problematic.

Brad is a specialist in all aspects of acoustics, with a special interest in vibration. He has a doctorate in the field of Operational Model Analysis from McMaster University, with a focus on large-scale structural systems. He has six years of experience in the consulting field, and has worked on hundreds of projects, including health care facilities, laboratories, worship spaces, long-span bridges and industrial vibration control.
