Scott has 15 years of experience specializing in the transportation sector and has completed over 100 transportation studies related to air quality, noise & vibration, and human health risk assessment for roadways, railways, transit, bridges, tunnels, and airports. He has also assisted with the development of guidelines and protocols at all levels of government for evaluating impacts from transportation sources. Recently, Scott received government funding to work with the University of Guelph to create a pollution control device to mitigate air quality impacts from transportation sources. He also created the vision for a product to enhance the dispersion of motor vehicle emissions that received patent publication. Scott is MTO R.A.Q.S approved in air quality assessment and acoustics and vibration.
