Novus Environmental provided design guidance to the University of North Florida Science & Humanities Building. We contributed to both the exhaust and intake locations on the building, and recommendations for vibration sensitive equipment. Our air quality specialists completed exhaust re-entrainment studies and provided recommendations regarding the location of the air intake and exhausts. These were later implemented into the final design and helped to provide fresh air inside the building. Our vibration specialists located potential vibration issues in the building. They provided mitigation solutions which allowed vibration sensitive equipment within the laboratory to work as intended.
