Craig is the Senior Project Manager and Director of Western Operations for Novus Environmental, and is based in Calgary, Alberta. Craig joined Novus in 2015, bringing with him more than 17 years’ atmospheric consulting experience in Western Canada. He earned his Degree in Technology Management in 2014, has undergone extensive training in Project Management and Health & Safety Management and is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert by ASET.
Craig has widespread technical experience working with clients to solve issues in air quality, acoustics/noise/vibration, hazardous releases, and public and regulatory consultation. Since managing his first project in 2004 he has hundreds of projects under his belt, ranging from small permit applications to large EIAs. His client experience covers the full range: public and private sector clients of all sizes, concerned landowners, and government and regulatory bodies. Prior to managing projects, he performed measurements, modelling and assessment for many environmental studies in western Canada. He is familiar with air quality models such as AERMOD and CALPUFF, noise models like Cadna, and has managed projects under Alberta AER, AEP and AUC, British Columbia OGC and MoE, and municipal regulations in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and others.
Although he specializes in studies for the oil & gas sector, he has also helped governmental, pulp and paper, industrial, hospital and university clients to solve regulatory issues and achieve compliance. In addition, he has also managed several environmental software, regional monitoring, roadway, complaint investigation and microclimate projects throughout his career.Download CV
