Nigel has worked the environmental field, in research, industry and consulting, with a career focus of understanding the energy sector and how it interacts with the environment. With technical expertise in air quality and extensive project management experience, Nigel has successfully provided environmental services to the energy, manufacturing, aggregate and land development sectors for numerous projects. Assessment types have ranged from general environmental assessment to specialized air quality, dust and odour studies. Nigel has coordinated annual GHG emission reporting for a large energy firm, and participated as a technical lead in setting and evaluating reduction targets. He has participated and chaired industry association committees in the provinces of Ontario and Alberta.
